Kolor Me Silly

Accessibility Statement

Coloring is for everyone. Kolor Me Silly wants Koloring Coach to be usable by as many colorists as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or alternative ways of navigating, reading, viewing, hearing, or interacting with digital content.

Our commitment

Kolor Me Silly, the operator of Koloring Coach, is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of Koloring Coach on an ongoing basis.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our current reference standard and accessibility goal. WCAG 2.2 addresses accessibility for people with a wide range of visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

This statement describes our current efforts and known limitations. It is not a certification or guarantee that every page, feature, workflow, generated result, or third-party service fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA or every accessibility law.

Koloring Coach has not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit or formal accessibility certification. We therefore do not claim that Koloring Coach is fully ADA compliant, completely barrier-free, or 100% WCAG conformant.

Accessibility practices

As Koloring Coach develops, accessibility work includes efforts to provide:

  • Semantic page structure, headings, regions, and landmarks;
  • Programmatically associated labels and instructions for form controls;
  • Keyboard access to primary navigation, buttons, forms, menus, and dialogs;
  • Visible keyboard-focus indicators;
  • Logical focus order and focus management for dialogs and dynamic interfaces;
  • Text and interface contrast intended to remain readable against background colors;
  • Text labels, patterns, names, or other cues so meaning is not communicated by color alone where practical;
  • Alternative text or accessible names for meaningful interface images, icons, and icon-only controls;
  • Responsive layouts for phones, tablets, and desktop devices;
  • Support for browser zoom and text resizing without unnecessary loss of essential content or functionality;
  • Touch targets intended to be usable on touch-screen devices;
  • Clear form instructions, validation messages, and error identification;
  • Status messages for important events, such as saving, generation progress, failures, balance changes, and successful completion, where technically practical;
  • Reduced-motion support for nonessential animation where technically practical;
  • Descriptive page titles and meaningful link and button labels; and
  • Consistent navigation and help options where practical.

The U.S. Department of Justice identifies practices such as sufficient contrast, non-color text cues, useful text alternatives, labeled forms, accessible error messages, browser zoom, meaningful headings, keyboard access, and a way to report accessibility problems as important website-accessibility measures.

Visual and AI-generated content

Koloring Coach is inherently visual and color-focused. Coloring pages, generated visual references, palettes, highlights, shadows, blending, atmosphere, and color relationships can contain meaning that is difficult to communicate fully through text.

Where practical, Koloring Coach pairs colors with names, hexadecimal values, marker codes, labels, or other text rather than relying on color alone. These descriptions may not fully communicate hue, value, saturation, texture, lighting, contrast, or other visual nuance.

AI-generated artwork and user-uploaded coloring pages may not include complete or reliable descriptive alternative text. Automatically generated descriptions, when offered, may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unable to communicate all artistic details.

If visual content or a color-dependent function is inaccessible, contact us. When reasonably possible, we will work with you to provide available text information, explain a result, identify palette values or marker codes, or find an alternative way to complete the task.

Known limitations

Known or possible limitations include:

  • Uploaded coloring pages may have no text alternative because they are supplied by users and their visual content varies.
  • AI-generated images may not have complete descriptive alternative text.
  • Complex coloring pages, subtle gradients, color relationships, lighting, texture, and artistic effects may not be fully conveyed nonvisually.
  • Drag-and-drop, crop, zoom, image-positioning, color-selection, or visual-editing interactions may be difficult with some assistive technologies.
  • Dynamic generation status, revision comparisons, notifications, or error messages may not always be announced perfectly by every browser and screen-reader combination.
  • Some charts, palettes, swatches, marker photographs, or generated outputs may require additional text to be fully understandable without color or vision.
  • Some older or less frequently used pages and components may not yet meet the same accessibility quality as newer components.
  • Third-party services—including authentication, payment checkout, the Stripe customer portal, email interfaces, and embedded or redirected provider pages—use their own accessibility implementations and may contain barriers outside Kolor Me Silly’s direct control.
  • PDF files, images, emails, or other materials obtained from third parties may not be fully accessible.

Third-party limitations do not prevent users from reporting a barrier. Kolor Me Silly will attempt to help with access to Koloring Coach’s services and will communicate relevant issues to a provider when appropriate.

Supported use

Koloring Coach is designed for current versions of commonly used browsers and operating systems. Accessibility can vary based on the combination of browser, device, operating system, display settings, extensions, and assistive technology.

For the best available experience:

  • Use a current version of a major browser;
  • Keep the operating system and assistive technology updated;
  • Enable browser zoom, text enlargement, high contrast, reduced motion, captions, or other device-level accessibility settings as needed; and
  • Contact us if a particular combination prevents access to an important feature.

These suggestions are not a condition for receiving help and do not shift responsibility for addressing barriers to the user.

Alternative assistance

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing information, managing a subscription, requesting a refund, changing an email preference, exercising a privacy right, reporting an intellectual property concern, or using another important account function, contact us for assistance.

Depending on the request and what is reasonably available, assistance may include:

  • Providing information in a more accessible text format;
  • Explaining a palette, marker code, plan, or generated suggestion;
  • Helping locate account, billing, privacy, copyright, or cancellation controls;
  • Assisting with a cancellation or support request after appropriate account verification;
  • Accepting an accessibility report by email;
  • Identifying an available keyboard or non-drag alternative;
  • Providing a reasonable alternative way to complete a task; or
  • Working with a third-party provider to investigate an inaccessible step.

For privacy and security, Kolor Me Silly may need to verify account ownership before making account, payment, or data changes. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes, or highly sensitive information.

Reporting a barrier

Accessibility feedback helps identify and prioritize barriers.

To report an issue or request assistance:

If possible, include:

  • The page address or name of the feature;
  • What you were trying to do;
  • What happened and what you expected to happen;
  • The device and operating system used;
  • The browser and version used;
  • The assistive technology and version used, if any;
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can provide one safely; and
  • The format or alternative that would help you access the information or complete the task.

Do not include confidential coloring pages, passwords, full payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive content in an accessibility report.

W3C guidance recommends that accessibility statements provide contact options for feedback and tell users the expected response period. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within three business days. Investigation and correction time will depend on the barrier, complexity, third-party involvement, and available solution.

If an immediate fix is not available, we will try to communicate the status and offer a reasonable alternative when one is available. We cannot promise that every reported issue can be corrected immediately or that every requested format or accommodation will be technically possible.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Kolor Me Silly may use a combination of:

  • Accessibility-aware design and development practices;
  • Automated accessibility checks;
  • Manual keyboard review;
  • Screen-reader and zoom testing where available;
  • Contrast and focus review;
  • Testing of forms, dialogs, errors, and dynamic status messages;
  • Review of user feedback and support reports;
  • Remediation of recurring or high-impact barriers; and
  • Periodic review of third-party integrations.

Automated tools alone cannot establish full accessibility or WCAG conformance. Accessibility also requires manual testing and consideration of real user experiences.

Our priorities are barriers that prevent account access, purchase or cancellation, privacy and copyright requests, essential navigation, project creation, saving or deleting information, and access to core coloring guidance.

Third-party services

Koloring Coach relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, storage, and AI processing. Those providers control the accessibility of their own websites, portals, challenges, forms, and interfaces.

Kolor Me Silly does not claim that every third-party service is fully accessible. If a provider-related barrier prevents access to a Koloring Coach service, report it to us so we can help identify an available alternative and, when appropriate, notify the provider.

Statement preparation

This Accessibility Statement was prepared through an internal review of Koloring Coach’s intended accessibility practices, known limitations, support procedures, and reference standards. It has not been based on a comprehensive independent conformance audit.

This statement was last reviewed on September 26, 2026. It will be reviewed periodically and updated when significant features, known limitations, accessibility goals, contact methods, or assessment results change.

Changes to this Statement

Kolor Me Silly may update this Statement as Koloring Coach develops, accessibility work progresses, third-party services change, or legal and technical standards evolve.

The “Last updated” date will be changed when this Statement is revised. Material changes to available accessibility assistance may also be communicated through the service or another reasonable method.
