Kolor Me Silly

Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Koloring Coach is a private, AI-assisted inspiration, educational, and personal coloring-planning tool.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Policy explains what users may upload, what rights Koloring Coach does and does not grant, how uploaded material is processed, and how artists and other rights holders can report intellectual property concerns.

Purpose of this Policy

Kolor Me Silly, the operator of Koloring Coach (“Kolor Me Silly,” “Koloring Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the rights of coloring-book artists, illustrators, authors, photographers, designers, brands, publishers, and other rights holders. Koloring Coach is a product operated under the Kolor Me Silly brand.

Koloring Coach is designed to help a colorist privately explore possible color combinations, palettes, vibes, lighting, shadows, highlights, blending, atmosphere, creative details, techniques, marker selections, and approaches to physically coloring a page.

Koloring Coach is not:

  • A copyright-licensing or rights-clearance service;
  • A publishing, printing, reproduction, or distribution service;
  • An artwork marketplace or stock-image library;
  • A source of permission to use another person’s work;
  • A substitute for the terms or license supplied by an artist or publisher; or
  • A source of legal advice about whether a particular use is permitted.

A user may upload a coloring page created by an independent artist, illustrator, author, publisher, or other rights holder. The person uploading the page may not be the person who created or owns the underlying work.

Your responsibilities

You may upload only material that you own or that you have sufficient permission, license, consent, or another lawful basis to upload and have processed by Koloring Coach and its service providers.

Purchasing, downloading, or possessing a physical or digital coloring book or page does not necessarily provide permission for every form of scanning, copying, uploading, AI-assisted processing, modification, public sharing, redistribution, publication, or commercial use. The rights available to you depend on the applicable license, the rights holder’s rules, and applicable law.

Before uploading material, you must review and follow any restrictions, licenses, notices, or usage terms provided by the artist, publisher, brand, or other rights holder.

You must not upload material when:

  • You know you lack the necessary permission or lawful basis;
  • The applicable license expressly prohibits scanning, uploading, digital processing, or AI-assisted processing;
  • The upload would violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • The material was obtained through unauthorized access or circumvention; or
  • You intend to reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the underlying work without the required rights.

Koloring Coach cannot independently verify ownership, authorization, or legal status for every private upload. Accepting or processing an upload does not mean that Kolor Me Silly has reviewed, approved, licensed, endorsed, or legally cleared the uploaded material or your intended use.

Ownership and processing

You and third-party rights holders retain whatever rights you already hold in your respective material. Uploading or processing material through Koloring Coach does not transfer ownership of the underlying coloring page, illustration, photograph, character, logo, text, composition, or other protected element to Kolor Me Silly, Koloring Coach, the uploading user, Lovable, Google, or another service provider.

To operate the service, Koloring Coach must be able to receive, store, copy, transmit, resize, convert, analyze, and otherwise technically process uploaded material and related instructions. The limited license you grant for these activities is described in our Terms & Conditions. It is limited to operating, securing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing the requested service as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Uploaded pages may be processed through third-party service providers, including the Lovable AI Gateway and Google Gemini, to provide requested generations, revisions, palettes, coloring plans, marker suggestions, Coach responses, safety checks, and related functions. Additional information about this data flow, provider processing, retention, and deletion appears in our Privacy Policy.

Kolor Me Silly does not use uploaded coloring pages or generated results to train AI models owned by Kolor Me Silly or Koloring Coach. This statement does not grant you permission to upload a work and does not replace the applicable rights holder’s terms or license.

Rights not granted

Using Koloring Coach does not give you:

  • Ownership of another person’s original line art or other work;
  • Permission to scan, reproduce, republish, print, or distribute a coloring book or its pages;
  • Permission to share or redistribute uploaded pages or generated references containing protected material;
  • Permission to remove, crop out, obscure, or alter signatures, credits, copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or other rights-management information;
  • Permission to sell, sublicense, mint, publish, or offer generated references as stock content;
  • Permission to manufacture or sell merchandise;
  • Permission to use protected characters, logos, trade dress, or trademarks commercially;
  • Permission to imitate, falsely attribute, or present another creator’s work as your own;
  • Permission to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build an AI model or dataset from another person’s work; or
  • Any broader license from an artist, publisher, brand, or other rights holder.

An AI-generated color treatment, palette, plan, suggestion, revision, or reference does not erase or override rights that may exist in the underlying line art, characters, composition, logos, text, photographs, trademarks, or other protected elements.

Koloring Coach does not guarantee that a generated result is unique, copyrightable, noninfringing, or cleared for publication or commercial use. You are responsible for evaluating a generated result and obtaining any rights required for uses outside the private functions expressly offered by the service.

Private projects

Customer projects are designed to be private and are not publicly searchable through Koloring Coach. An artist or other rights holder may therefore be unable to locate or link directly to a project that contains their work.

A private setting does not prevent a rights holder from reporting a good-faith concern. Koloring Coach may need enough identifying information to locate the specific account, project, or file without searching unrelated customers’ private content indiscriminately.

Helpful locating information may include:

  • A project link or identifier lawfully available to the reporter;
  • A screenshot or generated result the reporter already possesses lawfully;
  • A public post or listing made by the user;
  • The approximate date of the activity;
  • The account name or email address, if already lawfully known;
  • The title, edition, page number, ISBN, product listing, or other identifier for the original work; or
  • A copy of the original work sufficient to compare it with the reported material.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person’s account or private project. Koloring Coach will not ask a reporter to do so.

Other IP concerns

Copyright, trademark, rights-of-publicity, privacy, impersonation, and contract disputes are not the same. Reports concerning trademarks, logos, brand identity, false affiliation, a person’s name or likeness, trade dress, or another non-copyright right should be labeled appropriately.

Email hello@kolormesilly.com using the applicable subject line:

  • Trademark Report
  • Name or Likeness Report
  • Impersonation Report
  • Other Intellectual Property Report

Please include:

  • Your identity and contact information;
  • The right claimed and the basis for the claim;
  • Any registration or ownership information;
  • The specific material or activity at issue;
  • Enough information for Koloring Coach to locate it;
  • An explanation of the alleged violation;
  • The action requested; and
  • Supporting documentation reasonably available to you.

Koloring Coach may request additional information and may decline to process reports that are too vague, unrelated to the service, or unsupported by information sufficient to locate and assess the reported activity.

How reports are handled

After receiving a report, Koloring Coach may, as appropriate:

  • Acknowledge receipt and assign the matter for review;
  • Request missing or clarifying information;
  • Attempt to locate the reported material without exposing unrelated private projects;
  • Temporarily restrict processing of or access to disputed material;
  • Preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for the review, a dispute, security, or a legal obligation;
  • Notify the affected user and request proof of ownership, permission, or another lawful basis;
  • Remove or disable access to material;
  • Restore material when appropriate;
  • Restrict features or generation activity;
  • Warn, suspend, or terminate an account;
  • Refer the parties to the appropriate legal process; or
  • Decline action when the report is incomplete, cannot be verified or located, appears abusive, or does not identify a violation of this Policy or the Terms.

Koloring Coach reviews reports in good faith and seeks to act reasonably. We do not promise a particular result or response time, and we do not adjudicate ownership, infringement, fair use, licensing, or other legal disputes between private parties.

Submission of a report does not guarantee deletion. Koloring Coach may preserve limited records when reasonably needed for fraud prevention, repeat-infringement enforcement, legal compliance, evidence preservation, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Notice to affected users

When appropriate and legally permitted, Koloring Coach may notify an affected user that material has been reported, restricted, or removed. The notice may include enough information about the allegation to allow the user to understand and respond to it.

Information submitted in a complaint may be shared with the affected user or the user’s representative when reasonably necessary to evaluate or resolve the dispute. Do not include confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in a report.

Koloring Coach will not ordinarily provide a reporter with an affected user’s private account information, private project content, or identity unless the user authorizes disclosure or disclosure is required by valid legal process or applicable law.

Responding to a report

If your material or account function is restricted following a report and you believe the action resulted from a mistake, misidentification, valid permission, or another lawful basis, email hello@kolormesilly.com with “Response to IP Report” in the subject line.

Please include:

  • Identification of the removed or restricted material.
  • The relevant project or account information.
  • An explanation of why the action was a mistake or why you are authorized to use the material.
  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A statement that your response is submitted in good faith and that the information provided is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Supporting documentation, such as a license, written permission, original source file, purchase terms, or correspondence with the rights holder.

Koloring Coach may provide relevant portions of your response to the original reporter when reasonably necessary or legally required to evaluate or resolve the dispute. Koloring Coach may maintain a restriction while the parties pursue a legal resolution.

DMCA counter-notification. If material was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent (see “DMCA Designated Agent Registration” below) with “DMCA Counter-Notification” in the subject line. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), a counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number; and
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Kolor Me Silly LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original notice and inform them that we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access in 10 business days. We will restore the material or cease disabling access not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

Notices and counter-notifications are reviewed manually by our team. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Repeat and serious infringement

Kolor Me Silly LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Koloring Coach may also warn, restrict, or suspend users who repeatedly infringe or are credibly reported to have repeatedly infringed the rights of others, and may act after a single serious violation when reasonably warranted.

In evaluating account action, Koloring Coach may consider:

  • The number and nature of credible reports;
  • Whether reports concern separate works or repeated activity;
  • The user’s response and supporting evidence;
  • Retractions, reversals, mistakes, and misidentifications;
  • Evidence of permission or another lawful basis;
  • Attempts to evade restrictions;
  • Removal of credits, signatures, watermarks, or rights notices;
  • Commercial exploitation or public redistribution;
  • Harm to creators or other users; and
  • Other relevant circumstances.

A report does not automatically count as confirmed infringement. Clearly deficient, mistaken, withdrawn, or abusive reports will not automatically be treated as strikes against a user.

False or abusive reports

Do not submit a report or response that knowingly contains a material falsehood, fraudulently claims ownership or authority, intentionally misidentifies material, or is designed to harass, retaliate against, silence, or improperly disadvantage another person.

Koloring Coach may reject or close abusive reports, restrict accounts used to submit them, preserve relevant evidence, and pursue remedies available under the Terms or applicable law.

Submitting a report or response may have legal consequences. Anyone uncertain about their rights should consider obtaining advice from a qualified attorney before making formal legal claims.
